Annie's Place is an oceanside fish restaurant next to Playa El Combate with a delicious array of seafood options and a beautiful view of the water. They also have meat and pasta options. Visit the restaurant after a beautiful day on the beach or just come to eat and enjoy the view. If you visit at night, feed your leftovers to the tarpons which wait for scraps in the shallows by the balcony. Great place to see the sunset!
Recommended Dishes: Fried Grouper Bites, Coconut Shrimp. Seafood Paella, and Mofongo with Shrimp.
El Rey De Los Monchis is a popular spot in Cabo Rojo known for its delicious Puerto Rican cuisine and vibrant atmosphere. The restaurant offers a variety of Puerto Rican dishes and refreshing drinks. Meat, seafood, pasta, and vegetarian dishes. Like many of the local spots, look for the cooler in the corner and pick out your own fresh fish.

Sabor N' Serio is a cozy restaurant in Cabo Rojo offering a variety of Puerto Rican dishes. The restaurant is known for its friendly service and delicious food. This is one of the few restaurants in the area open after 8pm (closes at 10pm). Also offers catering if you need to bring large dishes back to the house - this allows you to grill at home and leave all of the side dishes to Sabor N' Serio.

Tito's Pinchos y Mas is a roadside breakfast / lunch cart which is a local favorite in Cabo Rojo. The cart offers a variety of breakfast and lunch items, including sandwiches, burgers, and meat kabobs. Pull your drink from the cooler on the table. Good place to share a sandwich (they are big).
Recommended Dishes: The sandwiches are all very good, so if you are among friends consider ordering sandwiches and cut them up so you can try the whole menu.

Named after the abandoned railroad tunnel located in the hiking grounds behind the restaurant.
